Amaybamba, a cooperative of coffee farmers who share a central washing station in the beautiful Incuhuasi Valley of Peru. This Fair Trade and USDA Organic certified coffee is a beautiful mix of Typica, Caturra, Bourbon and Pache. The diverse mix creates a complexity we think is very unique, and would only be possible with the continued support of this coop. There is a very juicy aspect to the cup with an extreme sweetness like that of a pitted medjool date. We are getting notes of rasin, spice and walnut. We are very excited about Peru's specialty coffee growth, and can't wait for next year!
