Montero Specialty is a coffee company that is located in Tarrazu Zone which is a beautiful location with high altitude, wonderful views and mountains. Mr. Manuel Montero and Mrs. Patricia work very hard to grow a stellar coffee. Their coffee is a bright sweet cup, balanced with a vibrant mild acidity and fruited notes. The bean is SHB (strictly hard bean), uniform and perfect, sorted with a minimum screen of 17-18 and is clean garbled. The farm has the Caturra (mainly) and Catuai varieties. The bean is processed in a cherry or washed process style.
