Inambari, in the Sandia Valley of Puno, Peru, is made up of several hundred coffee producers, each with only a couple of hectares of land. Growing mostly Caturra variety, with some Bourbon and Typica, the farms have great elevation, and are mostly tended to and harvested by the owners and their families. This Inambari lot is a beautiful coffee, balanced and clean cup, with a notes of Apricot, balanced acidity, Candied Walnut, and a bit of Black Tea.
