An experimental washed process where yeast is added.  Produced by Iseral Degefa in the Kochere region at the Bonde washing station.  Consisting of 74158 and heirloom genetics. 

We love the balance and delicateness of this coffee.  Not overly sweet, or fermenty, just clean, floral and sweet.
